Her interdisciplinary research examines how media shapes cultural politics through frameworks of gender, race, and power. Core investigations include feminist media analysis, consumer culture's relationship to identity formation, and the mediation of citizenship. Recent scholarship critically engages with digital feminisms, sexual violence epistemologies, and neoliberal branding strategies during social crises.
