Sara Willox is a Lecturer in the Integrated Business Department at the University of Central Florida's College of Business. She designs and teaches courses including Business Research for Decision Making, Organizational Behavior, Data Driven Decision Making, and Applied Business Technologies using the REAL format and DMAIC model.
With over a decade of teaching experience across online, hybrid, and face-to-face formats, her research explores team dynamics, sustainable business, Industry 5.0 competencies, metaverse applications, and decision-making through simulations. She developed the annual Integrated Business Immersion Day for high school students and serves as faculty fellow for the Microsoft Excel Collegiate Challenge.
Education includes a PhD in Business from Capella University, an EdD in progress at Johns Hopkins, and graduate degrees from Harvard, Upper Iowa University, and UCF.
