Sara Pesce is an Associate Professor in the Department of the Arts at the University of Bologna. Her research focuses on film history, cultural memory, digital culture, and celebrity studies. She has held prestigious fellowships including a Fulbright Scholarship at New York University and Columbia University (2001-2002), and a visiting fellowship at École Normale Supérieure, Paris (2004).
