Sara Majka

Sara Majka is a Lecturer in Literary Arts and Studies at the Rhode Island School of Design. She holds a BA from the University of North Carolina and an MFA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Her academic focus lies in exploring the uncanny in fiction, doppelgänger narratives, the short story form, and writing that bridges fiction and nonfiction. She is particularly invested in pedagogical approaches for multilingual students and interdisciplinary practices integrating fiction into visual art.
