Sara Krivacek, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at James Madison University's College of Business. Her research focuses on Organizational Behavior, Positive Organizational Behavior, Social Networks, and Human Resource Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Clemson University (2024), an M.B.A. from Robert Morris University (2018), and a B.S. in Business Administration from Duquesne University (2017).
Her work explores topics such as compassion in the workplace, psychological contracts, employee well-being, and social network dynamics.
