Sara Hossain is a Professor of Practice at SOAS University of London, where she contributes her expertise in legal education and practice. She is a seasoned barrister with 30 years of experience, specializing in constitutional, corporate, and family law, while also actively engaging in public interest law and human rights advocacy.
Her work spans strategic litigation on equality, non-discrimination, liberty rights, forced marriage, child abduction, and freedom of expression. She has submitted amicus briefs to national and international courts and writes extensively on women’s rights and access to justice.
