Sara Germani

Sara Germani is a Tenure Track Researcher (RTT) in Experimental Pedagogy (PAED-02/B) at the Department of Human Sciences, Link Campus University - Rome. She holds a PhD in Social, Developmental and Educational Research Psychology from La Sapienza University, Rome (2023). Her research focuses on student and teacher motivation, well-being, school dropout, and instructional strategies.

Key activities include participation in national/international projects such as the PRIN 2022 initiative investigating personal resource development and school dropout prevention (Feb 2024 - Jan 2025 at La Sapienza University).
