Sara Fanti

Sara Fanti is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management (HRM) at the Bristol Business School, University of the West of England. She is also a PhD candidate researching the Gender Pay Gap and Same-Sex Families in Italy within an intersectional framework. Her work examines pay inequality for LGB families, focusing on labor division, childcare, and workplace discrimination.

Her research interests include gender studies, queer studies, and intersectional labor economics. She co-authored a chapter on 'Trade Unions and Inclusion' for Springer's Diversity and Inclusion Research series, exploring organizational and societal perspectives on inclusion in Italy.
