Dr. Sara Beaudrie is a Professor of Spanish Linguistics and Director of the School of International Letters and Cultures at Arizona State University (ASU). She holds a PhD in Second Language Acquisition and Teaching (University of Arizona) and an MA in Teaching English as a Second Language. Her research focuses on heritage language pedagogy, bilingualism, and equity-driven program development. She leads ASU’s Spanish for Heritage Learners program and directs the PhD track in Heritage Language Pedagogy and Research.
