Sanne Raghoebar

Dr. Sanne Raghoebar is an Assistant Professor in Societal Transitions and Behavior Change at Wageningen University & Research's Consumption and Healthy Lifestyles Group (since June 2023). Her research focuses on dietary behavior through a socioecological lens, emphasizing interactions between individuals and their social/physical environments. She explores interventions to accelerate food transitions toward healthier, more sustainable diets, stressing the importance of social determinants and contextual factors.
