Sangeetha Rao

Sangeetha Rao is an Instructor of Anaesthesia at Harvard Medical School and an Assistant in Critical Care Medicine at the Department of Anesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain Medicine. She is affiliated with Boston Children's Hospital's Division of Critical Care.

• Education: MBBS and MD from Stanley Medical College, Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. University (2008).
• Residency: St. Barnabas Hospital (Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Yeshiva University), Bronx, NY (2013).
• Fellowships: Pediatric Critical Care Medicine (Children’s Hospital of Alabama, 2016) and CVICU fellowship (Children’s Hospital of Alabama, 2017).

Her research focuses on postoperative management in pediatric lung transplantation and critical care medicine. She holds certifications in Pediatric Critical Care and General Pediatrics from the American Board of Pediatrics.
