Sandro Eich is an Academic Policy Officer (Quality) and doctoral researcher in the School of English at the University of St Andrews. His research focuses on narratives of whistleblowing in contemporary non-fiction, fiction, and media, supervised by Dr James Purdon. He holds an MA (2020) and BA (2018) from the University of Cologne, with a focus on 21st-century cultural analysis and postcolonial perspectives in literature.
Teaching includes courses on 19th/20th-century literature, drama, and interdisciplinary research methods at St Andrews, alongside leadership roles in academic skills workshops through the Centre for Educational Enhancement. He is affiliated with the Centre for Research into Information, Surveillance & Privacy (CRISP) and the Centre for the Critical Reimagination of Human Rights (CCRHR).
