Prof. Sandrine Vaton is the Director of the SPIN (Digital and Engineering Sciences) PhD program at IMT Atlantique, a French elite technological university. She leads a unique interdisciplinary PhD institute co-accredited with ENSTA, covering three major fields: Mathematics/Digital Engineering, Physics/Engineering Sciences, and Human/Social Sciences, with 21 doctoral specialties and 320 interdisciplinary theses in progress.
