Sandrine Henneron

Sandrine Henneron is a Full Professor of Business Law at NEOMA Business School, specializing in the interplay between corporate practices and legal frameworks. She has held leadership roles including Associate Dean for Faculty and Research, Department Head of the Accounting, Control & Legal Affairs department, and Director of the MSc in International Project Development.

Her research focuses on the legal environment of companies, regulation, compliance, and legal strategies. She has extensively studied corporate social responsibility (CSR), particularly in small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs), and explored topics such as risk management, executive compensation, and international legal harmonization in business.

Henneron holds a PhD in Private Law from the University of Lille and has published in journals like *Corporate Communications: An International Journal*, *Management International*, and the *European Business Review*. She has presented her work at international conferences, including EBEN and the ALSB Centennial Conference.
