Prof. Sandra Krtalić is a full-time Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Tourism 'Dr. Mijo Mirković' of Jurja Dobrila University in Pula, Croatia. She holds a PhD from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb (2001) and a master's degree (1997) from the same institution. Her research focuses on public finance, public sector economics, and international taxation.
