Sandra Gunning

Sandra Gunning is a Professor at the University of Michigan's College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, affiliated with the Department of English Language and Literature, Department of American Culture, Department of Afroamerican and African Studies (DAAS), and Department of Women's and Gender Studies. As an Arthur F Thurnau Professor, she focuses on interdisciplinary scholarship at the intersection of American literature, African diaspora studies, and gender theory.
