Sanderine Nonhebel

Dr. Sanderine Nonhebel is an Associate Professor of Environmental Sciences at the University of Groningen, affiliated with the Faculty of Science and Engineering and the Integrated Research on Energy, Environment & Society (IREES) department. Her research focuses on environmental impacts of food production, sustainable food systems, and biomass utilization. She has pioneered methodologies for assessing environmental footprints of food items and has contributed to global discussions on nitrogen management and circular economy practices.
