Samuel Pizelo

Samuel Pizelo is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Game Studies at New York University. His research focuses on the global history of games as modeling technologies, tracing their use from ancient cosmological and divinatory systems to contemporary applications in machine learning and the sciences. Key themes include the role of games in systems modeling and symbolic computation history.
