Sameh Al Natour

Dr. Sameh Al Natour is an Associate Professor and Director of the Information Technology Management program at the Ted Rogers School of Management, Toronto Metropolitan University. His academic credentials include a PhD and MSc from the University of British Columbia, and an MBA and BS from Simon Fraser University.

His research explores:

• Design of human-computer interfaces and decision support systems
• Adoption patterns in information systems and e-commerce platforms
• Trust dynamics in computer-mediated communication
• Virtual advisor effectiveness and user disclosure behaviors
