Samantha Foley is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Computer Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (UWL). Her research focuses on high-performance computing, scientific computing, and distributed computing, with contributions in parallel algorithms and educational technology. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Indiana University-Bloomington (2010), an M.S. from the same institution (2006), and a B.S. from SUNY Fredonia (2004).
