Dr. Sam Waterman is an Assistant Professor in English at Northeastern University London, where he also serves as the NU London Ambassador to the College of Social Sciences and Humanities. His academic work centers on 19th to 21st-century Anglophone literature and literary theory.

His research explores histories of work, gender and sexuality studies, and affect theory.
