Sam Huber is a Lecturer in English at Yale University and Senior Editor at The Yale Review. They are currently serving as a Marilyn Beaudry-Corbett Schlesinger Fellow, conducting research at the Schlesinger Library for a biography of feminist icon Kate Millett.

Their scholarly work focuses on American literature, feminism, and queer culture across the 20th and 21st centuries. Huber’s research will examine Kate Millett’s seminal 1970 book Sexual Politics and its impact on the American women’s movement from the 1960s to the 2010s.
As a critic and scholar, Huber has contributed essays to prestigious venues including American Literature, Bookforum, The Nation, and The New York Review of Books. They previously served as a books columnist for Feministing.com (2013–2017).
