Sam Baidoo

Sam Baidoo is a Professor in the Department of Animal Science at the University of Minnesota, affiliated with the College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences. He is based at the Southern Research and Outreach Center in Waseca, MN, where he conducts research and extension activities focused on swine nutrition and sustainable production systems.
