Sam Ayers

Dr. Sam Ayers holds the Best-Buchanan-Wynn Endowed Chair of Education and serves as Director of Graduate Education at Lubbock Christian University's School of Education. He earned his Ed.D. in Elementary Education from Texas Tech University and has extensive experience as a teacher, principal, and administrator in Texas school districts.

Research Focus: Dr. Ayers specializes in elementary education reform, educational leadership, and literacy development. His work emphasizes practical applications in K-12 settings.
