Sally Floyd

Sally Floyd is a Lecturer in Nursing at the University of York's Department of Health Sciences. She teaches on the Nurse Associate Foundation Degree Apprenticeship Programme and works across practice, education, and public health settings.

Research Interests focus on public health nursing, interdisciplinary collaboration in healthcare, and ethical considerations in healthcare delivery. Her work emphasizes improving engagement with Public Health Commissioners and implementing the 6 C’s values across healthcare sectors.

External Activities include invited conference presentations on healthcare policy and commissioning landscapes. She is a Clinical Supervisor and Community Practitioner Nurse Prescriber.
