Sally Boa serves as an Honorary Senior Research Fellow affiliated with the Faculty of Health Sciences and Sport at the University of Stirling, maintaining professional connections with Strathcarron Hospice. Her dual background bridges academic research and clinical healthcare practice.

With foundational training as a Speech and Language Therapist, Boa has extensive practical experience working within the NHS and third sector organizations, specializing in supporting adults with acquired communication disabilities.
