Saeed Abdullah is an Associate Professor at the College of Information Sciences and Technology (IST) at Penn State University. He leads the Wellbeing & Health Innovation (WHI) Lab, focusing on health equity and access through interdisciplinary research at the intersection of digital health, human-computer interaction (HCI), and data science.
- Research Interests: Developing human-centered AI systems for mental health worker training, dementia care, palliative care, and personalized health interventions. His work also explores fintech solutions for marginalized communities, including individuals with bipolar disorder and dementia.
