Saduddin Ibraimi

Saduddin Ibraimi is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, South East European University (SEEU), North Macedonia. He currently serves as Pro-Rector for Planning and Entrepreneurship and Director of the Business & Innovation Center, overseeing TechPark, Business Development Unit, and Community Outreach.

Education:

• MBA in Management (Ankara University, 1997)
• BSc in Industrial Management (Erciyes University, 1994)

Research Focus: Specializing in entrepreneurship, organizational learning, and strategic management, his work explores female-owned enterprises, green entrepreneurship, CRM effectiveness, and Islamic venture capital models in the Balkans. Articles highlight cross-disciplinary themes spanning business innovation, youth education, and labor market dynamics.

Leadership Roles: He has held key administrative positions, including Vice President of the Higher Education Accreditation Board and membership in supervisory boards of energy and education institutions.
