Sachiko Shin Halley

Sachiko Shin Halley is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Language and Literature at NTNU, specializing in Japanese language instruction and cultural studies. Her work focuses on developing specialized language courses for science and technology students and exploring cultural representations through folk narratives.

Her research interests include accelerated language learning methodologies and interdisciplinary approaches connecting language education with scientific communication. She examines cultural elements in Japanese folk tales and their contemporary interpretations.
