Sabrina Rahman is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business and Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering and Design. With over two decades of experience, she advises C-suites, boards, and institutions on strategy, culture, and innovation. Her expertise spans high-performing cultures, authentic leadership, operations, and systemic organizational change.
Previously, she served as a leader in the Federal Reserve’s largest division (2008–?), managing operational and strategic initiatives post-2008 financial crisis. Early career roles included management consulting at Ernst & Young, corporate strategy at UnitedHealth Group, and advising for the UNDP. She co-founded DiversityBoom, a platform supporting women leaders of color, and served as Director of Corporate Innovation and Strategy at healthcare tech incubator MATTER.
Educated at Columbia University (MA in International Affairs) and the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (BS in Business Administration), she sits on boards for Northern Illinois University’s Business School and Greenhouse Innovation. Awards include the Truman National Security Fellowship and international leadership exchanges.
At Quinlan, she teaches MARK 467: Consumer Behavior and MARK 465: International Marketing, blending academic rigor with real-world strategy insights.
