Sabrina Mantaci

Sabrina Mantaci is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Palermo, within the School of Basic and Applied Sciences. She maintains regular office hours on Thursdays from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM in Room 217 of the DMI building located at Via Archirafi 34.

Her primary research and teaching interests focus on database systems, compiler design, and mathematical foundations of computer science. She has consistently taught core computer science courses including Databases, Compilers, and Mathematical Methods for Computer Science across multiple academic programs.

Professor Mantaci has maintained an active teaching schedule since at least 2014 through the current academic year 2024, teaching both Computer Science (course code 2086) and Artificial Intelligence (course code 2291) programs within the School of Basic and Applied Sciences.

She has received student evaluations across numerous academic years, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to undergraduate and graduate education in computer science disciplines.
