Sabrina Charney Hull

Sabrina Charney Hull is a Lecturer in the Global Studies program at School of Liberal Studies, Purchase College. With over 25 years of experience as a practicing planner, she holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning/Water Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Her professional focus spans water resource planning, land use policy, and municipal development, with a career trajectory involving both county and local government planning in Westchester. She currently serves as the Director of Planning for the Town of New Castle, overseeing multidisciplinary development divisions.
