SEDAT ALEV

Associate Professor SEDAT ALEV serves at Gaziantep University, Nizip Faculty of Education, focusing on Educational Sciences with expertise in educational administration and organizational behavior. Holding a PhD in Educational Management (2018) and MA (2012) from Gaziantep University, he began his career at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University (2005) with a classroom teaching specialization.

• Coordinated TÜBİTAK projects on STEAM education for gifted students (2021-2023) and interdisciplinary science programs (2020-2021)
• Authored 6 book chapters on AI in classrooms, quantum leadership, and education reforms

His research explores organizational politics, digital fluency, and teacher well-being, with recent work analyzing motivational language impacts (2024) and knowledge hiding prevention (2025). He teaches school development, organizational behavior, and statistical applications in education.
