Rüdiger Weber

Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Weber is a Professor of Finance at Goethe University Frankfurt, affiliated with the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration and the Department of Finance. He holds the Endowed Chair for Alternative Investments at the House of Finance.

• Research Focus: Asset pricing, risk sharing between heterogeneous agents, institutional investor dynamics, cash-flow timing, discount rate variation, and behavioral finance.
• Recent Publications: Explored implied volatility duration, time-varying expected returns, belief-driven investment behavior, and methodological robustness in portfolio analysis.
