Ryann Manning

Ryann Manning is an Assistant Professor at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, specializing in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. Her research focuses on culture, emotion, and morality in organizational life, particularly within organizations addressing societal needs during acute and ongoing crises. She has conducted fieldwork on volunteer responses to the 2014-2015 Ebola crisis in West Africa, the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States, and the 2021 Afghanistan crisis.
