Ryan Garrett

Ryan Garrett is an Adjunct Professor at The Cooper Union School of Art, New York. He holds a BFA from Cooper Union (2006), an MFA from the University of Southern California (2011), and participated in the Whitney Museum Independent Study Program (2013). His practice focuses on experimental film, installation, and multimedia works interrogating historical representation and political systems. Notable projects include History Minor (documentary exploring Oak Ridge, TN), LA City Council Studies (ceramic busts of LA city council members), and Wildman (slide-based projection).
