Ryan Flanagan is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of English at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, affiliated with the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in English/Creative Nonfiction from the University of North Texas (2015), an M.A. in Writing Arts from Rowan University (2007), and a B.A. in Philosophy from Stockton University (2005).
His research focuses on literary analysis of 19th-century drama, creative nonfiction, and rhetorical pedagogy.
