Ruud van der Horst

Dr. Ruud van der Horst is a Professor of Craftsmanship Forensic Care at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. He is also affiliated with the Expertise Centre for Forensic Psychiatry as a scientific advisor. His work focuses on strengthening the expertise of professionals in forensic care through research, education, and collaboration with sectors like mental health care, youth care, and addiction care.
