Dr. Ruth Dowsett is a Lecturer and researcher in the School of the Built Environment at the University of Reading. Her academic roles include module convenor for undergraduate and postgraduate construction management courses. She holds a PhD (EngD), MSc in Renewable Energy, and BSc in Building Surveying from the University of Reading.
