Russell McInturff

Russell McInturff is an Associate Professor of Practice in the Energy Commerce & Business Economics department at Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business. His career includes six years as a U.S. Air Force pilot flying air-refueling missions, followed by two years at Exxon and 40 years in private law practice specializing in oil and gas law, including litigation and energy transaction agreements. He has taught business law and energy commerce courses since 2011.
