Russell Carleton

Russell Carleton is a Researcher at the Georgia Health Policy Center, affiliated with the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Clinical Psychology from DePaul University and a B.A. in Psychology from Kenyon College.
