Ruslan Sverchkov is an Associate Professor of Finance at Warwick Business School (WBS), University of Warwick. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an MA in Economics from the New Economic School. His research focuses on Financial Intermediation, Market Microstructure, and FinTech, with a particular emphasis on decentralized finance (DeFi) and digital currencies. He co-organizes the annual WBS Gillmore Centre Conference on DeFi & Digital Currencies.
