Rupert Merson

Rupert Merson is an Adjunct Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the London Business School (LBS). He specializes in advising owner-managed, entrepreneurial, and family businesses on growth, governance, succession, and turnaround strategies. With over 30 years of experience, he previously served as a partner at BDO Stoy Hayward and now leads his own advisory firm. He holds an MA from Oxford University (first-class honours) and a certificate in general management from Harvard Business School.
