Rupa Banerjee

Rupa Banerjee is an Associate Professor of Human Resources Management & Organizational Behaviour at the Ted Rogers School of Management, Toronto Metropolitan University. She holds the Canada Research Chair in Economic Inclusion, Employment and Entrepreneurship of Canada’s Immigrants. Her research focuses on the integration of immigrants into the Canadian labor market, workplace diversity, and the barriers faced by new immigrants in the Canadian labor market.
