Rui Ye

Dr. Rui Ye is a Lecturer in Financial Accounting at the University of Greenwich's Faculty of Business. She holds a PhD in accounting and finance from Cardiff University and previously served as an Assistant Professor in Accounting at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. Her research focuses on the determinants and consequences of IFRS adoption in international contexts.

Research Interests: Investigates regulatory impacts on financial reporting, cross-border accounting standards implementation, and corporate governance frameworks in global financial systems.
