Rui Sousa

Rui Sousa is Full Professor of Operations Management and Dean of Católica Porto Business School at Universidade Católica Portuguesa. He holds a PhD from London Business School and is an Honorary Fellow of the European Operations Management Association. His research focuses on operations strategy with specialization in service operations, servitization of manufacturing, and digitally-enabled services.
