Rui Bi

Dr. Rui Bi is a Senior Lecturer in Management at Charles Sturt University (CSU), affiliated with the Business Marketing Research Group, Regional Entrepreneurship Research Group, and Gulbali Research Institute. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship, IT innovation, E-business, supply chain management, and fast-growth SMEs. She holds a PhD (RMIT University), Master of Business and IT (University of Melbourne), and a Graduate Certificate in Learning & Teaching (CSU).

Her work spans strategic IT alignment, SME performance, and digital transformation, with 38+ publications and an h-index of 17. Notable awards include multiple Best Paper Awards and the Executive Dean's Excellence in Teaching Award (2023). Dr. Bi actively contributes to academic communities, serving as an editor for Information Technology and People and participating in workshops like CS EdX 2021.

Recent research highlights include co-designing rural workforce strategies for aging populations and analyzing STEM integration in Australian schools. She has secured grants for projects addressing rural community needs and cultural inclusivity in aging care.
