Dr. Rodolfo Lugo-Rios (known as Dr. Rudy) is an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at California Lutheran University (CLU). He holds a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology and maintains active roles as a clinician, clinical supervisor at an Intensive Outpatient clinic, and Captain in the US Army Reserve (Clinical Psychologist, 73B).
