Rudi Coetzer holds the title of Honorary Professor at Swansea University and Bangor University, and serves as Clinical Director at The Disabilities Trust. Previously, he spent 23 years as a Consultant Neuropsychologist & Head of Service in the NHS. He is also an external examiner at the Salomons Institute for Applied Psychology. His expertise spans neuropsychological assessment/rehabilitation, neuroanatomy, neuropathology, and clinical leadership.
Research Interests: Focuses on neuropsychological rehabilitation, acquired brain injury, and service development. His recent work examines cognitive processing speed and loneliness in stroke survivors through large-scale cohort studies.
