Roy Sijbom is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Organisation, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He holds a PhD from the University of Groningen (2013) and previously served as Assistant Professor of Work and Organisational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam.
